Shipping & Delivery
We are from and based in Singapore in Southeast Asia.
We ship our products all over the world as long as you have a valid mailing address.
All Singapore orders ship free (except express optons)
Free shipping internationally applies when your cart hits SGD250.

Your order is processed within 1 working day and delivered within 2 working days after processing. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to reach you.

Yes we do for an additional sum of SGD10. You may pick the express shipping option at checkout.
At a flat shipping rate ofSGD10, your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

We ship via a private courier of our choice for local orders.
International orders are shipped via Singapore Post.
Once your order is mailed, we will send you an update with your tracking number via email.
For international orders, you may track your order on Singapore Post (if applicable) or the postal service website of the country of delivery.
Orders & Payment
We accept payments from major credit card companies, Paypal, Grab, ShopBack, Atome and PayNow/PayLah for all local orders.
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for all international orders.
No. If you wish to change any shipping details (i.e. your name and shipping address), please email hello@shopgypsied.com within 8 hours of placing the order.
We will be unable to change any shipping details thereafter.
All our prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). You may choose to display your preferred currency by selecting it from a list at the bottom left side of the website.
All currency exchange rates are refreshed twice a day based on rates at XE.com.
At this time, these payment methods are available for Singapore addresses only.
Yes. The security of your payment is very important to us. If you pay through an online wallet like PayPal, we never receive your credit card information.
If you pay through our website using a credit/debit card, Shopify's third-party payment processors ensure that your payment information is handled securely at every step. All online stores powered by Shopify meet all 6 categories of PCI standards. For more information, click here.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We offer returns or exchanges only in the cases set out below.
We uphold conscientious quality checks and each product is throughly inspected before they are prepared for delivery.
As our products are handcrafted, slight inconsistencies in print or colour stains and marks are not regarded as defects.
However if you believe you have received a defective product or have a wrong product shipped to you, please email us at hello@shopgypsied.com with the subject 'Exchange'.
Do note that for your item to be eligible for an exchange, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item has to be returned in its original condition (unwashed, unaltered, with tag still attached).
We will respond within 24 hours. As we produce in small and controlled quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.

However, our supply chain practice is using only naturally biodegradable materials such as cotton, rayon and linen in our products.
A selection of our products are also made with batik crafted on OEKO-TEX® and TENCEL™.
