#GypsiedBatik, repurposed. This collaboration sees our first partnership with local upcycling company Commenhers. Together we give new life to our batik offcuts and their archive of deadstock fabric, extending the lifespan of materials and further diverting them from landfills!
The Asmara Midnight Knot Bag is a crafted from a TENCEL™ Poplin textile sample, making it a naturally structured fabric. Lined and paired with a deep emerald handwoven fabric from Commenhers dead stock archive. A very unique piece!

After the batik process is completed, they are sent to our tailors based between Bandung & West Jakarta. Here, batik is sewn with care into apparel.
