The Kembara in Olive is our newest colour to this beloved batik motif. Bright olives and cream complement each other beautifully.
The ancient motif known as sekar jagad is a masterpiece in its own right. Meaning map of the universe, one can easily see this cartographical resemblance in its pattern. Within each section of the map is contained a different batik motif — teruntum for love, kawung for togetherness and parang for protection, just to name a few.
Kembara meaning to wander, is a call to embrace the experiences life presents, and the calling is rarely found in the destination. May you encounter love, friendship, camaraderie, and humanity in your journey — to fill the map of your universe.
